FAQ's

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email telling you your order is on its way. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.

If your order was sent via a tracked service this email will also include a unique tracking number. If you click on that tracking number, it will show you the progress of your parcels journey with the Royal Mail.


You can also log into your account and you can track any orders not yet received through Order History

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us using the above form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We deliver to anywhere in the Channel Islands & UK. We do not currently offer international delivery, however this is something we are looking to add in the future.

During checkout you will see an option to add your discount code. and the discount will be applied to your basket. If you have come through an affiliate link this will automatically be applied to your basket.

Only one discount code can be used per order and can't be used against sale items.
