Order FAQs

During checkout you will see an option to add your discount code. and the discount will be applied to your basket. If you have come through an affiliate link this will automatically be applied to your basket.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Genuine codes, if typed in correctly should work on our site. If you’re trying to use a code that you’ve found on a voucher code website, it is most likely that this will not work as it’s not an authorised discount code from us.

If you’ve received a code on an email from us, then please ensure that you copy the code exactly as you see it being mindful of any spaces/upper cases.

If your code still isn’t working, then please contact us using our contact us form.

If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us at bark@swaggerpaws.com with a screenshot of the problem and a member of our team will look into this for you.

There are no additional taxes or duties to pay for UK deliveries.

For non-UK deliveries, there may be additional import taxes and duties payable on arrival in the destination country. This will vary by country, please be aware of any potential additional fees applicable to your country when placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay the applicable duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to our returns address.

You can see your order history when you log into your account. You will find details of what you have ordered in the Order History tab.

Please note you will need an account with us in order to view your order history.

If you placed an order without creating an account you can create an account at a later date using the same email address, the historical orders will automatically sync with your account.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll dispatch the in-stock items first. We will then dispatch the pre-order items once they become available. This ensures that you receive your in-stock items promptly and then your pre-order items as soon as they are available.

If you have made a mistake on your order, whether it’s ordering the wrong item, or putting in an old delivery address, please use the contact us form or email bark@swaggerpaws.com and we will do our best to amend the order before it’s been despatched.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email telling you your order is on its way. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.

This e-mail will contain a unique tracking number. If you click on that tracking number, it will show you the progress of your parcels journey with the Royal Mail or DPD.

You can also log into your account and track any orders not yet received through Order History.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with free return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please use our contact us form and we will provide details on how to return your order. Orders sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery FAQs

Yes, we offer Free Delivery to all UK & Channel Island addresses with no minimum spend.

We currently deliver to anywhere in the UK & Channel Islands.

United Kingdom & Channel Islands Delivery - Up to 3KG:

RM Tracked 48: 2 - 3 working days - FREE
RM Tracked 24: 1 - 2 working days - £2.99


United Kingdom & Channel Islands Delivery - 3KG to 30KG:

DPD Two Day: 1 - 2 working days - FREE

All our parcels are delivered by Royal Mail. If the package exceeds 3KG our parcels are delivered by DPD.

We cannot influence delivery times with the Royal Mail or advise the Royal Mail where to leave your parcel. In most cases, if you’re not able to accept the parcel in person, your parcel will be either left in a safe place at your property, left with a neighbour or returned to the local depot with a Royal Mail card advising what has been done with your parcel.

High density nylon webbing with a waterproof PVC coating.

The PVC coating is durable and water resistant and can be quickly wiped clean.

Our waterproof leads won't absorb water, dirt or smells and won't become heavy when wet.

The waterproof lead provides a comfortable, secure grip, even when wet!

Wash in soapy water, rinse and leave to dry.

Always rinse leads after being exposed to salt water, as salt water may corrode the hardware over time.

Yes, all of our longlines contain a handle with a D ring just below the handle.

Yes! We have lots of new colours planned, but these won't all be released at once.

If there's a particular colour you want, let us know and we'll take it into consideration!

Not at the moment. We are looking into the logistics of bringing out a matching collar range. However, please understand that we want to produce high quality, safe products and this is not a quick process.

Yes all leads will include the upgraded auto-lock carabiner.

The only product range which does not have the option of the auto-lock carabiner is the ultra lite range, these are supplied with a standard bolt snap clasp.
